A meeting with the delegation of the Chinese state corporation China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC)—one of the world’s largest leaders in radio electronics and information technologies—was held at JSC S. M. Kirov Plant.

The working visit was aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation, exchanging experience, and exploring opportunities for the joint implementation of high-tech projects.

During the visit, CETC representatives familiarized themselves with the plant’s production capabilities and visited the main workshops and divisions of the enterprise.

The guests showed particular interest in the processes of localizing the production of radio-electronic components, as well as in the development and implementation of technical documentation that complies with international standards. They highly appreciated the plant’s level of technical equipment and the competencies of its engineering staff.

Following the negotiations, a cooperation agreement was signed to further develop the partnership between JSC S. M. Kirov Plant and CETC. The document provides for strengthening bilateral interaction in the field of high technologies, enhancing technological independence, and expanding international industrial cooperation.

Such cooperation opens new opportunities for the introduction of innovations, contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the plant’s products, and strengthens Kazakhstan’s position as a reliable partner in industrial cooperation with leading global companies.
