The history of the Kirov plant is full of significant events, in which true Kirov residents take part, one of them is the head of the mechanical shop - Gabtelmalikov Khamit Gabtelazatovich, who on July 20, 1971, at the age of 17, began his career at the Kirov plant as an apprentice mechanic.

From 1971 to 2021, he managed to serve, get an education at the secondary specialized Borovsk Agricultural College as a mechanical technician, and go through the stages of career growth from a young specialist to a workshop manager.

For 50 years of hard work at the plant, Khamit Gabtelazatovich proved himself to be a professional in his field. His prompt and competent decisions in difficult production situations made a great contribution to the development and modernization of the enterprise. Awarded the badge “Kurmetti machine zhasaushy” in 2008, the anniversary medal “Kazakhstan Republicsynyn Karuly-Kushterine 20 years”, 2012, a certificate of honor from the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, in honor of the 10th anniversary of JSC “NC “Kazakhstan engineering” "The badge "Kazakhstan Engineering -10 Zhyl", 2013, the Order "Kurmet", 2017 and the medal "Enbek Ardageri" in 2020.

Thanks to the professional skills, efforts and abilities of such a Kirov resident, the plant was replenished with dozens of promising young specialists. High demands on oneself and the ability to direct subordinates to work with the greatest efficiency earned the respect of the entire team.
